AIIMS Nagpur, established under PMSSY with objectives of improving regional

imbalances in the availability of affordable/ reliable tertiary healthcare services and

also to augment facilities for quality medical education in the country. The Institute

tarted functioning from session 2018-19. It is envisioned to develop into an

institute with highest standards of teaching, training and research.

Educational Qualification:

Post No	Qualification
1	A medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian medical council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in part II of third schedule should also fulfill the condition specified in section 13(3) of the Act.) + post graduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject. + 06 years experience

SC/ST: 5 years extra

OBC: 3 years extra
